Eng. Bassam Mohamed Fadl, Head of El Shorouk City Authority, conducted a field inspection to follow up on the progress of the “Sakan Misr” housing project, where construction and finishing works are underway for 9 new residential buildings.
The Head of the Authority emphasized the importance of adhering to the highest finishing standards and ensuring the quality of materials used in each residential unit, with the aim of delivering fully-ready homes featuring refined and integrated specifications that meet the needs and comfort of future residents.
The project currently includes 2,520 completed units out of a total planned 2,736 units, with an average unit size of approximately 130 square meters.
For his part, Eng. Hussein Al-Ahmady explained that work is ongoing around the clock to ensure compliance with the scheduled timeline, while maintaining high-quality execution without compromising standards.
