The New Urban Communities Authority’s Badr City Development Authority has announced the offering of 13 commercial shops and one pharmacy for public auction. These units are located in the large commercial market in Neighborhood 6, District 6, with areas ranging between 32 square meters and 99 square meters.
The Authority clarified that the terms and specifications booklet is available at the Authority’s headquarters for a fee of 299 EGP for each shop or the pharmacy. The auction session will be held on Wednesday, December 10, 2025, at exactly twelve noon at the Authority’s headquarters.

The Authority stated that the auction entry insurance is 50,000 EGP for each shop and 100,000 EGP for the pharmacy. Winners of the auction are required to pay 10% of the sale value, in addition to 1% for administrative expenses and 0.5% for the Trustees Council immediately upon the conclusion of the auction.
It is also stipulated to pay a maintenance deposit of 28% within one month of sale confirmation and before handover, while the remaining amounts are to be paid according to facilitated installment systems.
Those wishing to participate can inspect the locations on-site during official working hours. The bidding process is subject to the provisions of Law No. 182 of 2018 regulating government contracts.
