Engineer Alaa Abdallah Mostafa, Head of the 10th of Ramadan City Development Authority and Supervisor of the 10th of Ramadan Gardens Authority, has followed up on the progress of work in the sixth phase of the presidential initiative “Housing for All Egyptians” in 10th of Ramadan City. The project is located in the Al-Narges district, where field reports were reviewed and the latest developments were monitored.
The Head of the Authority indicated that the sixth phase involves the construction of 240 buildings, comprising a total of 5,650 integrated service housing units, with each unit covering an area of 90 square meters. He clarified that the project’s completion rate has reached approximately 68% so far, reflecting notable progress in implementation.
He added that there is continuous coordination with the executing companies to accelerate the pace of work, focusing on completing the internal and external finishes and establishing the essential utilities. These efforts aim to ensure the project is delivered according to the scheduled deadlines while adhering fully to the highest quality standards.
Engineer Alaa Abdallah Mostafa emphasized that the Authority spares no effort in periodically monitoring the completion rates and resolving any issues that might impede the workflow, to ensure the project is executed in the best possible manner.
