Only a few days remain to apply for premium residential plots within the “Masaken” program, as the application window closes on November 13th.
The Ministry of Housing is offering 2,333 plots for medium and premium housing, setting the reservation deposit amount at 100,000 EGP. Reservations will be made through a public lottery system, with no priority given based on either the time of website access or deposit transfer.
The plots are available in 18 new cities, including: 6th of October, El Obour, 10th of Ramadan, Badr, New Fayoum, New Minia, New Aswan, and New Sohag.
The reservation steps include:

Visiting the dedicated website.

Downloading the terms and conditions booklet and selecting the sector and city.

Creating a new account and filling in the required data.

Selecting a plot and completing the reservation procedures and paying the deposit.

Monitoring the number of applicants for each plot via the website.

In case of high demand, priority will be given to the applicant with the highest completion rate, or a public lottery will be held.
This offering is launched with the approval of the New Urban Communities Authority to provide land at varying prices that meet the needs of citizens.
