Engineer Sherif El-Sherbini, Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, praised the Northwest Coast Development Authority for obtaining three ISO certificates: ISO 9001 for Quality Management, ISO 45001 for Occupational Health and Safety, and ISO 14001 for Environmental Management.
The Minister emphasized that these certifications reinforce institutional excellence and commitment to international quality standards, which contributes to improving services for citizens and investors and supports comprehensive development in Egypt.
This achievement reflects the efforts of the New Urban Communities Authority to implement integrated management systems, in line with the state’s vision for transitioning towards professional performance in public service delivery.
