Engineer Sherif El-Sherbiny, Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, announced the offering of distinct investment opportunities in New Obour City through the electronic Investor Services Portal of the New Urban Communities Authority. This offering falls within the Ministry’s endeavors to promote the offering of investment lands in new cities, contributing to supporting comprehensive development efforts and urban expansion.
El-Sherbiny pointed out that applications for lands are submitted electronically via the designated link on the Investor Services Portal, where investors can view all details and conditions related to the offering and application.
