The Social Housing and Mortgage Finance Support Fund has announced the start of sending text messages to applicants of the “Housing for All Egyptians 7” project. These messages are directed to those initially accepted, guiding them to organize the payment of quarterly installments.
The Ministry of Housing and Utilities previously announced a new offering in August 2025 for middle-income applicants under the same initiative, with competitive prices starting from EGP 420,000 for smaller apartments and up to EGP 700,000 for larger units.
The offering includes a mortgage finance system with a decreasing interest rate of up to 12%, which may be reduced further for certain income categories, along with payment plans of up to 20 years. The phase also features environmentally friendly units under the Green Housing Program to support sustainability.
Applications and unit reservations were carried out exclusively online to eliminate office crowding, and the text messages have now been updated to confirm the acceptance status of applicants and direct eligible individuals to begin paying their installments via automated post offices starting November 1, 2025, with strict compliance to the conditions of the offering brochure.
The Fund aims to simplify procedures by providing notifications that allow rejected applicants to retrieve their reservation payments or submit appeal requests if their rejection was due to missing or incomplete documents, helping them resolve issues and improve their chances in future housing opportunities.
