The Ministry of Housing has announced the commencement of delivering residential units for the first phase of the presidential initiative “Housing for All Egyptians – Middle-Income Housing Axis”, located in the 350-acre area of Hadayek Al-Asimah (Capital Gardens City).
This project comes as part of the state’s ongoing efforts to provide modern residential units with integrated services, supporting Egypt’s urban expansion plans and offering housing solutions that meet the needs of all social categories. It also contributes significantly to achieving the goals of sustainable development.

The project includes 307 residential buildings comprising a total of 7,368 housing units. The delivery of the first phase is currently underway, which covers 25 buildings—specifically buildings numbered 1 to 12 and 99 to 111—with a total of 600 residential units. The units range in area from 100 to 120 square meters, offering diverse options to suit various family needs.
Engineer Ahmed El-Araby, Head of the Hadayek Al-Asimah City Authority, highlighted that the “Housing for All Egyptians – Middle-Income Housing Axis” project stands out for its strategic location near major roads and key highways, as well as its modern architectural designs that comply with the highest standards of quality and comfort. The project also provides a safe residential environment and comprehensive services, all aimed at ensuring a high standard of living for residents.
