Dr. Mohamed Khalafallah, Head of the New Alamein City Development Authority and Supervisor of the Tourist Villages, announced that the New Urban Communities Authority has allocated a selection of investment lands with diverse activities — including commercial, administrative, residential, and educational uses.
These lands come in various sizes and are being offered through the immediate allocation system from November 1 to 15, with the aim of supporting investment and meeting future development needs.

Plot No. (76) in the Central Services Area, designated for commercial, administrative, and residential use, with an area of 8,316 m² and a price of EGP 16,180 per square meter. Construction is limited to 30% of the land area with a maximum height of (basement + ground floor + 3 upper floors). The project must also include parking spaces in compliance with the Egyptian building code and must be completed within 3 years.

Plots No. (15 and 16) in the Small Investor Housing Project Area, each with an area of 4,150 m² and priced at EGP 7,835 per square meter. The permitted construction includes (basement + ground floor + mezzanine + 5 repeated floors + service rooms up to 25%), while adhering to the approved height restrictions.

Plot No. (73) in the Central Services Area, designated for a school project, with an area of 21,983 m² and a price of EGP 5,865 per square meter. The building ratio must not exceed 30%, with a maximum height of (basement + ground floor + 4 upper floors), setbacks of 10 meters from all sides, and a construction period of up to 5 years.
Dr. Khalafallah confirmed that land availability is conducted periodically, and that investors can view details and apply electronically through the New Urban Communities Authority’s Investor Services Portal.
