The 10th of Ramadan City Development Authority has announced the offering of 44 commercial shops and 4 pharmacies for sale through a public auction, with areas ranging from 15.64 to 45.4 square meters, providing diverse investment opportunities for interested buyers.
The terms booklet is available at the Authority’s headquarters for 299 EGP per unit. The auction sessions will be held in two rounds:

First round: December 1, 2025 (includes 22 shops and 2 pharmacies)

Second round: December 15, 2025 (includes 22 shops and 2 pharmacies)
Participants must pay a security deposit of 100,000 EGP for each pharmacy and 50,000 EGP for each shop to enter the auction. Upon winning, the buyer must immediately complete 10% of the final price, in addition to 1% administrative fees and 5% for the Board of Trustees, along with a maintenance deposit to be paid within one month before unit delivery. The remaining amount can be paid through facilitated installment plans.
The units are available for inspection during official working hours, in accordance with Law No. 182 of 2018 regulating public contracting.
