The General Authority for Cooperative Housing and Construction, affiliated with the Ministry of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, has announced the opening of reservations for 253 residential units located in prime areas within its various projects — including Loulouat New Cairo, Loulouat October, Loulouat Badr, Loulouat 10th of Ramadan, 10th of Ramadan (Neighborhoods 60, 62, and 64), 15th of May City (Neighborhood 31), and the Governorate of Suez (City of Hope project buildings) — offering a range of unit sizes.
The Authority explained that all units are ready for immediate delivery upon completion of the required procedures and payment of dues. All terms, conditions, and financial details can be reviewed in the brochure of conditions, available from Monday until Thursday, December 25, 2025.

Interested applicants can obtain the brochure by visiting either the Authority’s main headquarters at 3 Samir Abdel Raouf Street, Makram Ebeid Extension, Nasr City, or the Suez branch located in Faisal District – Delta Cooperative Housing – Building 7 – Apartment 4.
A public allocation draw will be held for applicants to select their housing units at the main hall of the Authority’s headquarters, starting precisely at 12:00 noon, according to the schedule specified for each project in the brochure.
In cases where full payment is made in advance, the beneficiary has the right to directly select their unit before the draw takes place. For the City of Hope project in Suez Governorate, the draw will be conducted at the Authority’s Suez branch.
