Minister of Housing Sherif El-Sherbiny reviewed the latest developments in the implementation of the “Housing for All Egyptians” projects across several cities, including New Alamein, October, Qena, Capital Gardens, and 10th of Ramadan Gardens. The Minister emphasized the need to accelerate construction works, adhere strictly to the project timeline, and ensure high-quality standards throughout all phases. In New Alamein City, officials inspected a project that includes 83 residential buildings with a total cost of EGP 2.2 billion.

Meanwhile, during the visit to October City, the focus was on following up the handover of 55,000 units within the upcoming sixth phase. In Qena, directives were issued to expand green spaces and increase tree planting to improve overall quality of life for residents.
In Capital Gardens, inspections covered a middle-income housing project comprising 307 buildings with a total of 7,368 units of various sizes. The visit also included monitoring site coordination works and infrastructure connections. In 10th of Ramadan Gardens, officials followed up on quality standards and construction progress of the Green Housing Project, ensuring compliance with approved specifications.
