The Hadayek October City Authority has announced the launch of its largest offering yet, featuring eight diverse commercial markets and three healthcare units, available under the usufruct system for a period of 10 years. The offering was presented through a public auction held on Tuesday, October 21, 2025, at the authority’s headquarters at 12:00 PM.
The locations of the commercial markets and healthcare units were carefully selected across prime areas within the city, including the “Ebny Betak” (Build Your House) service areas 2 and 7, as well as other vital districts such as the 390-Feddan area, 262-Building area, and 1185-Building area.
A deposit fee of EGP 50,000 was set for each commercial market and healthcare unit to participate in the auction. Interested applicants can obtain the auction terms booklet directly from the Hadayek October City Authority’s office.

Commercial Market – 1185-Building Social Housing Area, Plot (34):
Contains 14 ground-floor shops and 17 upper-floor administrative units within a full mall. -
Commercial Market – “Ebny Betak” Area 7, Sector (H), Plot (12):
Consists of 13 ground-floor retail shops. -
Administrative Units – “Ebny Betak” Area 7, Sector (H), Plot (12):
Includes 17 administrative units on upper floors. -

Features 13 ground-floor retail shops. -
