Engineer Mohamed Metwally Saber, Head of the New Assiut City Authority, conducted an inspection tour to monitor the progress of work on the Deyarna residential buildings project in the city.
He explained that the project includes the construction of five buildings comprising a total of 130 housing units as part of the first phase located in the northwest expansion area of the city. He also noted that the work is progressing at a rapid pace, stressing the importance of completing the model building as soon as possible.
He added that the authority is monitoring the development of implementation on a daily basis to ensure the acceleration of work completion, in order to deliver the units to beneficiaries within the specified timelines.

In another context, he announced the completion of reinforcement works for the buildings in the Future Housing area in the First District according to the highest standards of quality and structural safety. He also clarified that coordination is currently underway with the owners to begin the handover procedures after the full completion of the reinforcement works.
He highlighted the necessity of adhering to the approved schedules to finalize interior and exterior finishes at the highest quality levels. He also emphasized the continued efforts of the authority to achieve citizen satisfaction and provide a safe and comfortable residential environment.
