Engineer Sherif El-Sherbiny, Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, announced that the ministry is currently studying the launch of the third phase of the “Zahret Al-Asima” project to provide residential units for employees relocating to the New Administrative Capital.
The minister pointed out that the reservation process for the units is carried out with full transparency and according to defined regulations, confirming that this initiative comes as part of the ministry’s efforts to ensure fairness among employees benefiting from the relocation to the capital.
Engineer Sherif El-Sherbiny also clarified that the ministry continually aims to provide the necessary facilities and support for employees to help them achieve their aspirations of owning residential units that suit their needs.
