The Ministry of Housing has announced the opening of bookings for the supplementary 10th phase of the “Beit Al Watan” project through the official website starting from October 19, 2025, with a total of 6,797 land plots being offered.
The ministry has extended the period for receiving transfer confirmations to complete the down payment between October 19 and October 28, 2025, emphasizing the importance of inserting the reservation code in the completion data, as the transferred amounts will be added with the same priority as the original payment.
This phase includes land plots in several cities such as 6th of October, New Damietta, Al Shorouk, 15th of May, and others, in response to the high demand from Egyptians abroad seeking premium options in the new urban communities.
