The Ministry of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities announced that the official website for the “Beit El Watan” project will be available for land reservations within the 10th supplementary phase of the initiative, which includes 6,797 land plots. Booking will begin starting next Sunday.
The ministry clarified that the period for receiving transfers to complete the value of the down payment for the new lands will be extended for applicants if needed, during the period from October 19, 2025, to October 28, 2025. The additional transferred amounts will be recorded with the same priority as the initial transfer, and it is mandatory to enter the reservation code for the selected plot when submitting the completion details.
The lands available in this supplementary phase cover several cities, including: 6th of October, New Damietta, El Shorouk, 15th of May, New Sphinx, Badr, New October, New Alamein, New Mansoura, Sadat City, 10th of Ramadan, New Obour, New Beni Suef, New Aswan, New Nasser (West Assiut), New Qena, New Sohag, and New Borg El Arab.
