Housing Ministry: Offering 785 Luxury Housing Units in 4 New Cities for Egyptians Abroad

The Ministry of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities has announced the launch of 785 luxury residential units in the New Administrative Capital and coastal cities, as part of the second phase of the “Home in Egypt” initiative dedicated to Egyptians living abroad. Applications will open starting Saturday, October 18.

The offering includes residential units in four new cities: the New Administrative Capital, New Alamein, New Mansoura, and Marina Alamein.

The ministry indicated that the payment of the reservation deposit will be available from Saturday, October 18 until October 23, 2025, through the official website of the initiative.

This new offering reflects the ministry’s commitment to implementing the directives of the political leadership to strengthen ties with Egyptians abroad and meet their needs by providing premium housing units with high specifications that enhance their connection to their homeland.
