Housing Minister Sherif El-Sharbiny announced the holding of the 19th public lottery to allocate residential plots in the Qadisia Association area and Kilometer 48 zone in New Obour City, in line with directives aimed at achieving urban balance and expanding homeownership opportunities.
The minister emphasized the importance of swiftly regularizing land ownership statuses to support development in the newly added areas of the new cities, stressing that land planning is focused on creating integrated communities aligned with the sustainable development vision.

The New Urban Communities Authority revealed the launch of a digital platform to provide direct services to citizens without the need to visit the city in person, confirming that infrastructure projects are being finalized to ensure the readiness of the plots for delivery.
The lottery included plots of various sizes ranging from 209 m² to 500 m², under transparent and fair criteria that meet the needs for suitable housing. Citizens attended the public draw in a joyful atmosphere and received their allocation notices immediately, praising the organization and transparency of the process.
