Engineer Ahmed Rashad El-Sharif, Head of the New Cairo City Development Authority, continued his field tours to monitor the progress of development works and the upgrading of infrastructure and networks in the city. The tour included an inspection of the first and second districts in the Beit Al Watan area, in addition to following up on ongoing works along the ABC axis.
The Head of the Authority issued directives to accelerate the completion of road paving works across all districts of Beit Al Watan, with the requirement to submit comprehensive periodic reports that clearly reflect progress rates and the actual execution status of projects on the ground. The goal is to ensure full adherence to the scheduled timeline.

Engineer El-Sharif also emphasized the need to intensify efforts to remove encroachments and street vendors, with firm action to eliminate any informal practices that may disrupt public order. This special focus on the Beit Al Watan project comes due to its significance as one of the most prominent modern urban expansion landmarks within the city.
He confirmed that these field visits fall under a comprehensive plan for regular monitoring of all sectors across the city, aiming to ensure the quality of on-ground implementation. He added that the upcoming phase will witness further plans focused on enhancing and developing all public utilities, as well as major and internal roads, to better serve the residents and upgrade service levels.
