The Ministry of Housing continues to offer reservations for 2,333 residential land plots under the categories of medium, distinguished, and most distinguished housing, as part of the sixth phase of the “Maskan” program. This offering aims to meet the growing demand of citizens for residential land.
The reservation process began on Sunday, September 14, 2025, and will continue for two months until November 13, 2025. Interested applicants can complete the reservation procedures through the “Maskan” website, following clearly outlined steps designed to simplify the process.
This offering comes in line with the directives of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, who has emphasized the importance of providing diverse residential lands in new cities to meet increasing demand, support the momentum of urban development, and give citizens the opportunity to build their own homes in accordance with set requirements.
The lands on offer cover 18 new cities, including:
6th of October, Obour, 10th of Ramadan, New Akhmim, New Salhiya, New Fashn, New Fayoum, New Minya, Badr, New Tiba, New Qena, New Nasser (West Assiut), New Aswan, New Assiut, Sadat, New Borg El Arab, October Gardens, and New Sohag.

1,331 plots for medium housing distributed across 8 new cities.

228 plots for distinguished housing distributed across 9 new cities.

174 plots for most distinguished housing distributed across 3 new cities.
