Minister of Housing Sherif El-Sherbiny announced the start of handing over the residential units of the Sakan Misr project in the Exhibition Land – First Zone, New Cairo, beginning Tuesday, October 7, until Thursday, October 30, 2025, according to the schedule set by the City Development Authority.
El-Sherbiny affirmed the Ministry’s ongoing efforts to provide suitable housing for every citizen in line with the directives of the political leadership. He emphasized the Ministry’s commitment to delivering high-quality units across the new cities to support urban development and achieve the vision of the New Republic.
He clarified that this step reflects the state’s keenness to provide housing for the middle class with distinctive standards, while facilitating the handover procedures and ensuring an organized and smooth experience for beneficiaries.
For his part, Engineer Ahmed Rashad announced the beginning of unit delivery for the first phase in the Exhibition Land – Second Zone starting tomorrow. The delivery of buildings will proceed daily according to a set schedule, beginning with Building No. 90 and concluding with Building No. 29 on October 30, 2025.
Rashad explained that clients must first head to the Housing and Development Bank – Nasr City branch to finalize contracts and collect bank documents. Afterwards, they should proceed to the headquarters of the New Cairo City Authority to complete procedures and receive the site letter to inspect and receive their units.
