An application form (according to the official template) submitted by the original tenant or the inheritor of the lease, along with a copy of the lease contract and supporting documents proving the continuation of the rental relationship.

A written declaration confirming the evacuation of the current unit immediately upon receiving the new one.

A copy of the national ID card of the original tenant or their spouse.

Birth certificates of minor children or national ID cards for adult children.
