Minya Governor Major General Imad Kadwani confirmed the approval of the strategic plan for the villages of Samalut Center (Al-Rakhā, Al-ʿUlā, and Itsa Al-Mahatta), based on the decision of the Ministry of Housing No. 871 of 2025, published on September 24.
He explained that this step contributes to regulating construction and improving urban planning in line with general requirements and height restrictions, with the aim of enhancing basic services and supporting development in the villages.
He pointed out that the decision is to be implemented immediately upon publication, with continued coordination to apply the plans and ensure the achievement of sustainable development.
