Amr Khattab, spokesperson for the Ministry of Housing, confirmed that the land plots offered under the “Beit El Watan” project for Egyptians abroad are distinguished by prime locations and diverse sizes. He explained that the ministry has addressed rumors regarding the quality of these lands with official responses.
He pointed out that Minister Ashraf closely monitors the projects to ensure fair distribution, noting that the new offering includes more than 4,600 plots of land in several areas such as New Cairo, El Shorouk, 10th of Ramadan City, the North Coast, and New Mansoura.
He clarified that the ministry is working to increase land offerings to meet the high demand while providing direct communication channels for citizens both inside and outside Egypt. He added that the rumors are spread by some social media pages without evidence, urging citizens to rely solely on official sources for information.
