He presented the ministry’s plan to allocate new spaces for the creation of a fully integrated city on the North Coast, including East Matrouh City, and explained that efforts are underway to connect these cities through the international coastal road to maximize the benefits of their geographical location.

Regarding the New Administrative Capital, the minister stressed that the government’s move there has prompted the ministry to focus on development projects in Historic Cairo with the aim of fully reviving it and enhancing its infrastructure. He also underscored the importance of restoring heritage gardens such as Azbakeya Park, where comprehensive redevelopment work is currently underway to preserve its cultural and aesthetic value.
