The Ministry of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, through the New Urban Communities Authority and the New Obour City Development Authority, has announced the start of handing over residential units in the “Valley Towers East” project, located in the 14th district of New Obour City. The project falls under the “Your Home in Egypt” initiative.
This step comes within the framework of the state’s strategic direction to provide housing units that meet the aspirations of various segments of society. Engineer Mahmoud Murad, Head of the New Obour City Authority, added that 32 residential buildings comprising 185 units, with areas ranging from 89 to 116 square meters, will be delivered according to a timeline starting Sunday, September 28, 2025, and continuing until Sunday, October 19, 2025.
Murad pointed out that the project is part of the state’s ongoing efforts to provide modern residential units with integrated services, thereby supporting urban expansion plans and contributing to achieving sustainable development goals. He also urged the beneficiaries to adhere to the specified delivery dates, bring the required documents, and present payment receipts to facilitate the handover process smoothly.
