The deadline for booking, purchasing the terms booklet, and paying the down payment for the second phase of the “Housing for All Egyptians” initiative will end on Sunday, September 28, 2025. The Ministry of Housing had extended the period in response to citizens’ requests, giving them more time to complete the required documents and pay the reservation fee.
A total of 238,000 citizens applied online, of whom 148,000 paid the down payment through the postal service. Mai Abdel Hamid, CEO of the Social Housing Fund, stressed the importance of completing all necessary procedures to ensure that applications are reviewed.
Instructional videos have been provided on the Digital Egypt platform to simplify the booking process and support self-service. For technical inquiries, citizens can contact the customer service hotline at 15999, while dedicated numbers 5777, 5999, and 1188 have been allocated to receive complaints regarding rejections due to non-compliance with eligibility requirements.
