Khattab pointed out that the goal of these measures is to simplify the legal transfer of ownership and avoid problems related to unregistered powers of attorney. The ministry is working to record and register these documents to prevent violations and ensure clarity of ownership.
He added that violating allocation conditions—such as selling without the approval of the competent authorities—may lead to the cancellation of the allocation. These measures aim to regulate the real estate market and protect owners, not to impose additional fees.
