As part of its ongoing efforts to enhance the operational system and simplify procedures for citizens, the Board of Directors of the New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA), during its session No. (208) held on September 1, 2025, approved a decision to unify the value of administrative fees related to modifying housing models within investment projects.
This decision is based on the memorandum submitted to the board concerning the mechanisms for implementing facilitation measures, where administrative fees were set at 0.5% of the total unit value, in line with Ministerial Decree No. (687) of 2024.

Engineer Amin Hassan Ghoneim, Deputy Chairman of NUCA for Real Estate and Commercial Affairs, explained that the purpose of this measure is to simplify the process of modifying housing models in new cities and to improve the level of services provided to citizens in accordance with the state’s vision to upgrade the urban sector and develop modern urban communities.
Ghoneim added that the decision covers all new cities and will be implemented immediately, with city authorities required to adhere to the instructions to ensure unified implementation and achieve the highest levels of transparency and fairness among citizens.
