The Ministry of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities announced the offering of 17 plots of land, each with an area of 300 square meters, designated for craft workshops in the Seventh District of New Minya City. Additionally, the ministry announced the right to utilize 53 craft workshops, with sizes ranging between 13 and 29 square meters, in Hadayek October City.
The New Minya City Authority stated that the terms and conditions booklet can be obtained from the authority’s headquarters, with field inspections of the plots available during official working hours. The sale process will take place through a public auction session to be held at the authority’s headquarters on Tuesday, October 7, 2025.

As for the workshops in Hadayek October City, the city authority explained that allocation will be based on usufruct rights for a period of five years. This will take place through two public auction sessions, scheduled for Wednesday, October 1, 2025, and Thursday, October 2, 2025. The workshops can also be inspected on-site during the authority’s official working hours, with the terms and conditions booklet available at the authority’s headquarters.
This offering comes as part of the ministry’s efforts to support small and medium-sized enterprises, provide job opportunities, and promote economic and service development in new cities.
