Engineer Khaled Siddiq, Chairman of the Urban Development Fund, has announced an invitation for Egyptian and international companies to submit pre-qualification proposals for the management, operation, and maintenance of the Fustat Hills Park project. Spanning an area of 403 feddans, the park is considered one of the largest in the Middle East. The project includes entertainment zones, cinema halls, a commercial area, and various facilities such as restaurants, gardens, celebration squares, in addition to an arena that can accommodate 10,000 people, as well as hotels and hotel apartments.
The Chairman of the Urban Development Fund called upon Egyptian and international companies and consortiums to contract for the rehabilitation and management of Fustat Hills Park, provided they have prior experience in managing cultural, commercial, hotel, entertainment, and tourism projects. Applicants must demonstrate the required capabilities and expertise in accordance with international quality standards. The qualification process will be based on the companies’ capabilities and resources, including past experience, technical competence, and financial standing.
Engineer Khaled Siddiq also emphasized that companies and consortiums interested in conducting a site visit to the project must submit a signed and stamped letter addressed to the Fund no later than May 25, 2025.
