The Urban Development Fund, under the Egyptian Prime Minister’s office, is making strides in providing modern, fully-serviced housing units as part of its comprehensive plan to restructure informal settlements. The initiative focuses on relocating residents from unsafe areas to well-planned urban communities, moving them out of hazardous zones.

Flexible Payment Options for New Apartments

According to sources within the Urban Development Fund, the organization is offering significant payment flexibility to citizens. Buyers can secure a unit by paying a 15% down payment, with the remainder spread over a maximum of five years. The units are expected to be delivered within one year of purchase.

  • Unit Price: EGP 1.67 million.
  • Down Payment (15%): EGP 251,000.
  • Quarterly Installment: EGP 61,000.
  • Maintenance Deposit: EGP 71,000.
