Dr. Engineer Mohamed Khalaf Allah, Head of the Tourist Villages Authority, conducted a nighttime inspection tour to monitor the progress of 917 residential units, including villas, chalets, and apartment buildings in Marina 8. He was accompanied by Engineer Amr Mohie, Deputy Head of the Authority, Engineer Mina Raafat, Assistant to the Head of the Authority, several officials from the Authority, and project representatives.
The Head of the Authority emphasized that this tour aligns with the directives of the Minister of Housing to oversee ongoing projects and continue development plans across various sectors within the tourist villages along the North Coast.
He stressed to the executing companies the necessity of complete adherence to the required specifications and quality standards by the project’s designated timeline. Additionally, he instructed that any obstacles hindering the work process should be promptly addressed to fulfill the Ministry of Housing’s objective of completing and delivering the project on schedule.
The Head of the Tourist Villages Authority also pointed out that the project includes 243 villas, chalets, and residential apartments, with 917 units. During the tour, he highlighted the importance of reviewing the project’s status and implementation plans for infrastructure and roadworks, ensuring strict compliance with quality standards and the agreed-upon schedule.
