Eng. Ahmed Abdel Gaber Abdallah, Head of the New Beni Suef City Authority, inspected the progress of the ongoing housing projects in the city, including the “Housing for All Egyptians” initiative and the “Diarna” middle-income housing project. The purpose of the tour was to monitor updates and overcome challenges to accelerate completion.
During the tour, he followed up on the finishing works of the “Housing for All Egyptians – Middle-Income Axis” project, which includes site coordination, road construction, lighting networks, landscaping of main streets, and installation of interlock tiles on sidewalks. He also inspected asphalting works at the entrances to the area, surrounding roads, and parking spaces.
At the middle-income “Diarna” project, he reviewed the progress of the reinforced concrete structures and foundation casting for ten residential buildings comprising 260 units with varied specifications.

The tour also covered the monitoring of concrete structure works and foundation excavation for the “Housing for All Egyptians – Low-Income Axis” project, which includes 2,016 residential units distributed across 84 buildings.
The Head of the Authority concluded his tour by stressing the importance of adhering to quality standards and scheduled deadlines to ensure the swift delivery of housing units to citizens.
