Third Public Draw for Land Allocation in Shorouk City Announced
Dr. Hassan El-Shorbagi, Vice President of the New Urban Communities Authority for Real Estate and Commercial Affairs, announced the third public draw for allocating land plots to clients who have paid deposits for the lands that have been regularized in Shorouk City. The draw will take place on Wednesday, September 18, 2024, at the Shorouk City Authority headquarters. The plots range in size from 209 m² to 500 m².
Details of the Shorouk City Land Draw
Eng. Mohamed El-Sayed Abdel-Maqsoud, Head of the Shorouk City Authority, explained that clients should arrive at 10 a.m. on the scheduled date to register their attendance. Doors will close at 12 p.m. to commence the public draw. Attendees must bring identification and the original deposit receipt.
In parallel, Eng. Mohamed El-Sayed Abdel-Maqsoud and city officials are overseeing the ongoing asphalt layering work at the City Service Center 2 in the eastern sector of Shorouk, as well as in various residential areas.
The head of the Shorouk City Authority stated that these works are part of two major projects: one for providing utilities and roads to service land for investors, and another for enhancing roads and site coordination in residential areas 1 through 6. The current focus is on completing the service road in the southern part of the service center and improving the road between the fourth and fifth residential areas.
Eng. Abdel-Maqsoud emphasized the importance of daily supervision and intensifying efforts to complete the projects, facilitating traffic flow for residents, and providing investment lands to enhance services in Shorouk City.
