The Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, Engineer Sherif El-Sherbiny, has announced the commencement of land allocation for Egyptians abroad in the Beit Al Watan project. The project includes approximately 15,000 land plots, and the allocation will depend on the priority of transfer arrivals to the Central Bank of Egypt.
Start of Allocation for Applicants in the Largest Offering of the Beit Al Watan Project
He explained that the tenth phase of the Beit Al Watan project offered around 3,000 land plots. However, due to an unprecedented increase in transfers, a decision was made to accommodate all incoming transactions, expanding the offered plots to 15,000.
The Minister of Housing pointed out that this project is one of the key initiatives to provide land for Egyptians abroad, strengthening their connection with their homeland and enabling them to build their own homes according to specified regulations. He also clarified that the cities where land plots are available in the tenth phase include New Cairo, Sheikh Zayed, 6th of October, Badr, El Shorouk, Sadat, New Minya, New Assiut, New Obour, New October, 10th of Ramadan, New Alamein, New Beni Suef, New Borg El Arab, and New Sohag.
