The Ministry of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities has announced the launch of the second phase of the “Housing for All Egyptians 7” initiative through the Social Housing and Mortgage Finance Support Fund. This offering targets low- and middle-income citizens who were not eligible for the “Housing for All Egyptians 5” announcement. Applicants can now access the initiative via the Digital Egypt platform, where the terms and conditions brochure is available for download online.
Creating an account to reserve a social housing unit for 2025 through the platform is part of the second phase of the expected announcement.
To register on the Digital Egypt platform, you will need the following information:

A valid National ID card (14 digits).

A mobile number registered under your name with one of the telecom providers.

Your mother’s first name exactly as it appears on your birth certificate.

The factory code printed beneath the photo on your National ID, written in both letters and numbers exactly as shown.
Step 2: How to Create an Account

Go to the Digital Egypt platform through the designated link.

Select “Create a New Account” on the homepage.

Fill in all the required basic information.
Step 3: Account Activation

Enter the activation code shown on the screen. Make sure to type letters exactly as they appear—whether uppercase (Capital) or lowercase (Small).

After entering your information, you will receive a text message (SMS) from the platform containing a 6-digit activation code, sent to the phone number you registered.

Enter the received code in the specified field on the website to verify ownership of your mobile number.
Step 4: Creating a Password

Choose a strong password for your account. It is recommended to include a mix of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters to increase security.

Re-enter the password to confirm it is correct.
Step 5: Logging In

Once all the previous steps are completed successfully, you can log in to your account using your mobile number and password.

After logging in, you can access the social housing service, pay the required fees, and download the terms and conditions brochure.
