The purpose of the visit was to ensure the progress of construction and monitor the implementation of public utilities such as roads, electricity, and sanitation. He emphasized the importance of adhering to project timelines and maintaining high-quality execution to meet the needs of residents in these new areas.
During the tour, the head of the authority reviewed the progress of various projects, evaluating the quality of construction and compliance with technical specifications. He stressed the necessity of delivering housing units on schedule and ensuring a fully integrated residential environment with all essential services. Additionally, he monitored the implementation of infrastructure works, including primary and secondary roads, interlocking pavement installations, curbstones, and overall site coordination.
During his visit, the official underscored the urgency of completing the remaining works according to standard specifications, emphasizing the need to provide a comprehensive residential environment for citizens. He also called for coordination between relevant authorities to resolve obstacles, ensuring timely project completion without compromising quality.
