Eng. Alaa Abdallah, Head of the 10th of Ramadan City Development Authority, announced the offering of 11 commercial shops and a pharmacy, with areas ranging from 15 m² to 46 m², located in the commercial market at Plot No. 3 in the Southern Developers Area – Complex (C) in the city. These units will be sold through a public auction session scheduled for Tuesday, July 8, 2025.
He also added that Plot No. 18, located in the Western Services Axis – Phase Four, has been offered for sale. The plot, with an area of 3,821 m², is designated for use as a car fuel station and will also be sold via public auction during the same session on Tuesday, July 8, 2025.
In the same context, Eng. Mohamed Mostafa, Head of the 6th of October City Development Authority, announced the offering of 13 commercial shops and a pharmacy, with areas ranging from 18 m² to 51 m². These are located in area (500 – 501) along the service axis of the Third Industrial Zone Extension, and will be sold via public auction on Sunday, July 6, 2025.
It is worth noting that the conditions booklets are available at the offices of both authorities. Physical inspection of the shops, pharmacies, and the land plot can be carried out during official working hours.
