The New Nubaria City Development Authority has announced the offering of 17 commercial shops and a pharmacy, with areas ranging from 15 square meters to 97 square meters, in addition to 10 administrative and professional units ranging from 31 square meters to 95 square meters, located in various areas of the city. The sale will take place through a public auction scheduled for Tuesday, August 26, 2025.
In a statement, the authority confirmed that the terms and conditions booklets for the commercial shops, the pharmacy, and the administrative and professional units are available at the authority’s headquarters. Interested bidders can inspect the offered sites in person during official working hours.
In a related context, Eng. Bassam Mohamed Fadl, Head of the New Shorouk City Development Authority, announced the success of another public auction session for the sale of commercial shops in the presence of representatives from the Authority and the State Council. The session resulted in the sale of 7 commercial shops within markets established by the authority in different parts of the city. The shops included various activities such as a laundry, butcher shop, supermarket, bakery, mini market, cafeteria, and restaurant.
The Head of the New Shorouk City Development Authority emphasized that offering these shops aims to facilitate residents’ access to essential services near their homes, as part of the authority’s ongoing efforts to improve the level of services provided and enhance the quality of life in the city. He also noted that the plan to offer shops will continue gradually to cover all areas of New Shorouk City.
