Engineer Mohamed El-Ghamrawy, Head of the New Mansoura City Development Authority, has offered eight administrative and professional units for sale through a public auction. These units range from 109 m² to 118 m² and are located in Building No. 50 within the first phase of the Sakan Misr project. The auction session is scheduled for Sunday, May 4, 2025.
Similarly, Engineer Ali Saad from the 15th of May City Development Authority stated that 24 commercial shops, two pharmacies, and a local bakery will be available for sale through a public auction. These properties range in size from 19 m² to 74 m² and are spread across various districts in the city. The auction session is set for Sunday, April 27, 2025.
Meanwhile, Engineer Ammar Mandour, Head of the Hadayek Al-Asimah City Development Authority, revealed that 10 commercial shops and a pharmacy, with sizes between 15 m² and 39 m², will be up for sale. Additionally, four administrative and professional units, ranging from 33 m² to 48 m², will be auctioned in different city locations. The auction is scheduled for Wednesday, April 23, 2025.
Furthermore, Engineer Mohamed Mostafa, Head of the 6th of October City Development Authority, announced the offering of 11 commercial shops and a pharmacy, with sizes ranging from 16 m² to 63 m², along with four basements, each measuring 280 m². These properties will be sold through a public auction on Wednesday, April 30, 2025.
