Eng. Sayed Hammam, Head of the Borg El Arab New City Development Authority, announced the sale of 16 craft workshops, each 20.5 square meters in size, within the small industries complex in the city’s third industrial zone. The public auction session resulted in total investments exceeding EGP 6,912,600.
In a related context, Dr. Eng. Ahmed Ismail, Head of the New Obour City Development Authority, stated that 10 commercial shops and two restaurants were sold beneath the buildings of the “Sakan Misr” project in District 39. The sale aims to meet the needs of residents and small business owners and boost commercial activity within the city.
It is worth noting that the auction sessions were conducted in the presence of representatives from the State Council, officials from the development authorities of both cities, the New Urban Communities Authority, and the Ministry of Finance to ensure transparency.
