Engineer Alaa Abd El-Latif Mostafa, Head of the Development Authority of 10th of Ramadan City, announced that a public auction session was held at the Authority’s headquarters, resulting in the sale of various commercial shops and a pharmacy with different areas in the commercial market at Plot 39 in the Andalusia District, in addition to 17 kiosks in the kiosk market at the Second District Center. The session was attended by representatives from the State Council, the New Urban Communities Authority, the Ministry of Finance, and members of the auction committee.
Engineer Alaa Abd El-Latif Mostafa pointed out that the results of the auction are part of the Authority’s plan to promote commercial and service activities and to provide integrated services for the city’s residents in line with the ongoing urban growth and residential expansion.
Similarly, a public auction session was held in the main meeting hall at the headquarters of the New Damietta City Authority, where 17 commercial shops, two pharmacies, and two professional and administrative units were offered in various areas of the city.
Engineer Ashraf Fathy, Head of the City Authority, indicated that the auction session was attended by representatives from the State Council, the New Urban Communities Authority, the Ministry of Finance, and the Reconstruction Police. He also explained that the activities of the sold shops are diversified to meet the needs of the residents of New Damietta City.
