Eng. Mohamed Abdel Aziz, Head of the Badr City Development Authority, announced the offering of three commercial shops and administrative units for sale through a public auction in the significant commercial market of the first phase of the housing project for the New Administrative Capital employees, Zahret Al-Asima, located in the eastern extension of the city.
Eng. Asmaa Omran, Deputy Head of the Badr City Authority, explained that organizing this auction is part of the authority’s efforts to enhance services for Badr City residents in general and particularly for those in the Zahret Al-Asima and Bustan Al-Asima areas.
In the same context, Eng. Mohamed Abdel Aziz Amer and officials from the authority conducted an inspection tour covering the infrastructure and primary and secondary roads of the Zahret Al-Asima residential project, phase three.
During the tour, the Head of the Authority followed up on the ongoing works within the project, including infrastructure, unit construction, roads, and general site coordination. The tour aimed to assess completion rates and review the technical standards applied to ensure the timely delivery of the units.
The Head of the Authority also inspected the road development works on Central Street, emphasizing that improving the road network is part of a comprehensive plan to provide an integrated infrastructure that enhances the quality of life for residents and facilitates movement within the city.
He stressed the importance of executing the project efficiently and effectively while urging more effort and increasing the availability of equipment to speed up the completion process.
