The New Obour City Development Authority announced on Monday the offering of new units that include five commercial shops in addition to a restaurant, as part of its efforts to support commercial activities and provide investment opportunities within the city.

The newly released units feature spaces ranging between 14 and 23 square meters and are located beneath buildings No. 1, 6, and 108 in the Sakan Misr – District 39 area within the 2,600-acre zone.
The authority also revealed the offering of three additional shops and a pharmacy with areas ranging between 20 and 40 square meters inside the commercial market situated on plot No. 53 in the Fayrouz area in District 14.
