The New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA) under the Ministry of Housing has announced the payment systems for the apartments in the Saba Project, located in 6th of October City. These apartments are available through the Housing and Development Bank, and applications will remain open until June 16. The project features apartment units ranging in size from 95 to 141 square meters, spread over an area of 69 acres, and includes 85 residential buildings.

The remaining 85% can be paid through the following options:

35% down payment upon signing the contract (making the total paid 50%)

25% payment within one month of signing the contract

25% payment within two months of signing the contract

Second Payment Option: Installment Plan
This option allows for installing the remaining 85% of the unit price in quarterly installments over 3, 5, or 7 years. The first installment is due three months after signing the contract. Installments must be paid directly to the company at its office located at 107B Smart Village.
Third Payment Option: Mortgage Financing
This plan allows buyers to pay the remaining unit price through the free mortgage financing program offered by the Housing and Development Bank, while remaining committed to settling dues directly with the company.
