In this context, Engineer Hossam El-Din Abdo Mohamed, Head of the Northwestern North Coast Authority (Sector Three), stated that a campaign was launched to remove unauthorized structures and encroachments on lands owned by the authority in the areas of Mina Hashish and Alam El-Roum in Matrouh. He noted that the campaign targeted locations where state land had been encroached upon.
He explained that the campaign resulted in the demolition of several fences, structures, and illegal buildings. In addition, seven demolition orders were executed. He emphasized the importance of identifying and removing violations at their early stages and taking the necessary legal action against them.
On his part, Engineer Walid Abdelkader, Head of the Development Authority for Sector One of the Northwestern North Coast, added that monitoring, tracking, and executing removal decisions are ongoing.
