The public lottery for housing units and lands began on February 8 and includes applications submitted between October 27, 2024, and December 26, 2024. The available housing units belong to projects such as Jannah, Dar Misr, Sakan Misr, Distinguished Housing, and Rawdat Al-Obour. As for medium, distinguished, and most distinguished lands, the application period ran from November 7, 2024, to January 6, 2025. The lottery will continue until February 26, with specific days allocated for each project.

- February 11: Sakan Misr apartments and medium-category land plots in New Minya City and New West Qena City.
- February 16: Distinguished land plots in 10th of Ramadan City and New Aswan City, along with medium-category lands in Badr City.
- February 17: Dar Misr apartments in 10th of Ramadan City, distinguished housing apartments in Badr City, and medium-category land plots in New Assiut City.
- February 18: Rawdat Al-Obour apartments and distinguished housing land plots in Obour City, as well as distinguished housing apartments in New Mansoura City.
- February 19: Sakan Misr apartments and distinguished land plots in New West Assiut (Nasser City), in addition to distinguished lands in New Qena, New Sohag, New Akhmim, and New Mallawi, alongside medium-category lands in New Beni Suef City.
- February 20: Distinguished land plots in Sadat City.
- February 26: Medium-category land plots in New Borg El Arab City.
- February 24: Jannah apartments and distinguished housing land plots in the 6th of October City, to be presented at Cairo International Stadium (Main Arena).
- February 25: Jannah apartments in New Cairo City will also be presented at Cairo International Stadium (Main Arena).
