The New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA), through the Al-Shorouk City Development Authority, will conduct the sixth manual public draw on Tuesday to allocate 480 land plots in the Al-Rabia area. This draw is for landowners who have paid the required down payments for the regularized plots.
The plots available for regularization include 209, 230, 275, 276, and 400 square meters, among other sizes. Customers are required to register their attendance at 10:00 AM on the scheduled date.
Regularization of Al-Rabia Lands in Al-Shorouk City
The authority issued a statement explaining: “As part of completing the announcement by the Al-Shorouk City Authority regarding the approval of NUCA’s mechanism and regulations for dealing with landowners in newly added areas of the city, the regularization procedures will continue for applicants whose requests have been approved by the main committee.”
The statement added, “The authority is pleased to announce the 76th batch, which includes 150 applications. Applicants can visit the real estate administration from Sunday, March 16, 2025, until Thursday, March 20, 2025. Additionally, we would like to highlight that the approved applications from the main committee will be announced progressively.”
Earlier, NUCA, through the Al-Shorouk City Development Authority, had set March 2 as the deadline for receiving regularization applications from individuals in newly added areas who had not yet completed their documents.
The authority stated: “Al-Shorouk City Authority informs customers who have submitted regularization applications in newly added areas that the deferred applications will be announced. Applicants will be required to attend and correct any deficiencies in their submissions, starting from the first week of March 2025, according to the lists published on the official page of the city authority.”
